Clutch Piston Diameter

Hi,
I am replacing the stock brake and clutch master cylinders with Nissin remote resivours.
I am getting 14mm for the brake (match the R1 calipers) but I do not know what size clutch diameter to get.
Can anyone help please?

5/8" for clutch master. That's stock.
