Diaphragm Cleaning Help!

Hey all, I'm new to all this, was just wondering what cleaning products are safe or not safe when it comes to cleaning up the carb diaphragms. It seems like WD-40 would be just fine, do I stand correct perhaps?

That's what I use. Clean the slide bore too.
