In response to your claim, the seller has provided proof of shipment
indicating that the item was shipped to you. Because the seller was able to
provide proof of shipment, we cannot reverse this transaction or issue a
refund. We encourage you to continue to work directly with the seller to
amicably resolve this matter.

PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your complaint has
been noted in the record of the PayPal user you reported. If we find this
user has violated our policies, we will investigate and take appropriate
action. If this occurs, you may be contacted in the future about the status
of this complaint.

To make sure future transactions proceed smoothly, we suggest you visit the

Crap.

Sorry about that. I guess just give the dude a shitty review that says he's a scammer?

I have had items that I sold on eBay lost in the USPS mail before. Had two in one month. I wound up refunding all the money to the buyer (including shipping). The Post Office was on no help even when I showed proof of shipment. They just said they couldn't be found. I now insure everything I ship. I think some PO workers steal packages that look promising.

I also received one item I purchased 3 months after shipment via the USPS. Had already left and received negative feedback (was before eBay stopped negative feedback to the buyer). The PO had no explanation for the delay.

Another problem was an item not being shipped for several weeks. Turned out the seller had been in the hospital.

I guess the point is sometimes it is not the fault of the seller.
