Looks like I need a fuel pump. Can't find PN ....could use a good FP preferably from a newer 'max and would like pn as well. I should probably be looking for a FP relay as well

Pump is 1FK-13907-01-00 which replaces 1FK-13907-00-00 (hidden, as you would expect, in the 'Intake' section of the parts fische)

For OEM:
$152 here; http://www.partspak.com/ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=137034
$158 here; http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/yamaha-fuel-pump-comp-1fk-13907-01-00-part.html
$160 here; http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/products/685861-yamaha-1fk-13907-01-00-hard-parts-fuel-pump-comp
$177 here; http://www.motosport.com/cruiser/oe...-VMX12/INTAKE/FUEL-PUMP-COMP./1FK-13907-01-00

Sean, John, Kyle or maybe Pinwall cycle might have one too. Possibly at a better price.

A Holley red fuel pump goes for around $110 at Summit.
Airtex E8012S fuel pump. These little guys give you 5-9psi @ 30GPH. for around $30
Mr. Gasket 12S micro fuel pump. 4-7 psi @ 35GPH can be yours for around $30 as well

You want around 3 PSI with auto shut off so they don't dead head and create excessive temperatures in the fuel. The OEM pump does a great job in most cases.
