That's nice bike and that looks like a good road for riding on. Nice to know dreams to come true.

Looks like a well-done mild custom & accessories. The low passenger backrest is similar to an HAC in height but the HAC uses different mounting, to the OEM low passenger grab bar.

Note how it relocates the turn signals and keeps the OEM low passenger grab rail. A side shot of the OP's bike would show if it's the same one.

Hi Folks, and thanks for the welcome. :)

The picture above is taken on one of my favourite local roads; an 8 mile stretch between the villages of Comrie and Braco, near Dunblane. I'm quite spoiled for good roads in this part of the world. The Highlands are on my doorstep (I'll add more pics as time goes on as I see most of you are in the US..)

The rack, I think , is a Renntec item. All the parts on the bike came with the bike, so I can't take credit for them. The headlights are not really to my taste, but they do the job.

Hi,.... it's difficult to say really as I have no direct comparison other than the tyres that were on when I bought the bike . The tyres that were on the bike were Metzeler Lasertec front and Metzeler ML2 rear.......... but they were 2008 codes !!! Knowing this , I still rode the bike home in the wet, and the bike felt very nervous .... maybe it was just me being nervous knowing the age of the tyres. I don't know for sure. However, I'm much more comfortable on the new tyres. I'm used to sports bikes (my other bike is an old Fireblade) .... so in general, the handling is taking a little getting used to.
