Functional to be certain. And despite the fact that many love it ... I cannot stand the look! I wouldn't mind having the bike, but I would seriously paint the CF ... gasp ... as evil as that may be.

I also am not a fan of wearing a phone on my ear and walking around the grocery store talking to myself ... but that's just me. Hehehehe.

That's real carbon fiber, at least according to Yamaha's website. The stuff isn't cheap.

CF might lower the weight of the bike from few pounds.
But I guess I will have kept the metal scope for the look and contrast.
Anyway, if somebody is feeling offering one of them I will kindly accept both hahaha

I like them both love the C.F Tank but the scoops should be chrome or black.IMO.

I like both but the CF i like a lil better,cause id add some ghost flames starting at the front fender an over the the rest of the bike to look like it was moving across the bike. JIM
