Of course since I live in the middle of nowhere my area is not covered.

Free app for iPhone is called 5 0 radio. I listen to Queensland Aus.
LAPD, Chicago PD, Columbus OH PD, Miami airport and my local county SO. You can't beat free and it's real time!

Seen that. Am listening to KC right now. Sure is busy! Was tuned into a county next to mine. The city has around 25k with a college and mil inst nearby. Super quiet there. Tuned into a small town in Ks where I once lived with around 13k, much of nothing around. It was fairly busy last night and today. A runaway, two stolen vehicles, one used in an armed bank robbery, multiple stops, couple fights, couple arrests I couldn't understand was about, family feud, trespassing, break in, accidents w/ injuries, dead man found... Geesh.
