Does anyone here still sell these? Dingy hasn't been around in awhile.

If not, which 3rd party tool is the one to get?
 
Yes. According to the Clymer manual you seat the bearings by first torquing to 38 ft.-lb. Then loosen completely and re-tighten only to 26.5IN.-LB. I suspect a lot of the ham-fisted, overtorqued steering head bearings pics I see are attempts to cure some sort of wobble, etc. All that really does is destroy the bearings.
