T-boost wiring question...

When I bought my Max, it had a small switch installed to change the Vboost from 6K to 3K. I'm installing a LED lighted switch to take it's place but the only way that will work is if the switch has a path to ground. I metered the original switch and it looked like it was grounded on the one connection but now that I have the switch installed, it doesn't light. Before I tear it apart again I was wondering if anyone knows where that switch is wired in the Vboost circuit. If anyone has the installation instructions, I'd appreciate a copy.
