I don't know about that for sure, but I assume anything going through the forum, once someone has been banned, is from that point prevented from using any features of the site. If someone had shared any other email address with the banned member, then that would still be a way to reach the person.
Another possibility is a banned member opening another account, under a different name.

Pretty much on just a couple of Facebook groups mainly his own and like maybe 1 or 2 others. He has been banned from most of them .
Is there not a way to ban an IP address? I am pc illiterate so don't know anything about that . Even if you can do that I think we have people here reporting back to him like the author of this post if it is not him.
