I did a demo ride on an MT-01 and wasn't overly impressed. It is very torquey but it almost instantly hits redline. I think the redline was 5 k (it is a twin) and the thing VIBRATES! And I mean major vibrations, more than any Harley or any other bike I've been on.

i nearly bought one about three months ago, then i test rode a vmax and the rest is history. they are getting quite popular here in the uk.
