That's a nice "turn key" deal for someone. Everything is done. There's got to be at least $4K in mods. already done.

Ive seen this bike in action, Its worth every penny, if not a lot more.

Thanks guys, it's a real fun bike! I've put 10,000 miles on it since I built it 2 years ago. Texas Hill country Rally twice and Eureka Twice. It adds up quickly.
