Eastwood 2k primer
Eastwood 2k paint
1 1/2 PCV
Chop saw to length
Grind the inside of pipes for bump in triple trees, I used a drum disk in my cordless.
Split the pipe with a saw of your choice. ( watch those fingers)
Sand and paint
I made mine just a hair over 7.4 in and sanded the ends until they fit (smacking them in place with my hand.
slide the fork in the bottom.
center the pipe and use a flathead to open it up.
slide the fork in the pipe about a quarter of the way.
Turn the pipe split in towards the steering head, to hide it.
finish installing the fork.
touch up any paint issues.
