Both of the brake bleeders on my rear caliper are leaking. I put some thread tape on them, and that seemed to stop the leaking around the threads. But they are still leaking out of the top?? They are torqued to spec, and I've recently serviced the caliper and cleaned both the screw and the screw hole in the caliper of any debris. Not sure if these things can go bad or what?

Try totally cleaning out the bleeder. If it still leaks, then you will have to replace it.
