cleaning the wheels

The wheels are a pain to clean for me, so yesterday I tried a paper towel
with some marvel mystery oil and was amazed how easily it removed the dirt, I think WD-40 will do the same but be careful not to get it on the brake rotors.
I just hate cleaning the bike.

Dust will stick to the oil real bad.Try cleaning them with mothers then wax them.

You could just buy a "midnight Max" like me ('06). My wheels are black anyway. Makes cleaning up an easy ordeal. A little Honda spray cleaner and they are good to go.

I rinse it then use soap then rinse again, it seems to dissolve all the road grime very easily, who has time for waxing:rofl_200:

I use the Honda pro cleaner and polish on everything. works great! Spray it on the wheels and it cuts thru the brake dust and grime. Wipe it off and it looks like you just waxed them.

I also have black wheels. However, I just use soapy water to clean them. Seems to work just fine.
