I thought the commentary was good. The comments starting at the 2:40 mark are dead on.

Forbes list puts NY at no 4 in the nation, for people leaving the state.

You know Eric....Nomex technology has come an incredible way....their 'Volcano Busting Cool Undies' allow the wearer to actually enter a live volcano and.....well, you get the picture.....anyhow, I was able to recover a few of my favorites pieces which were reported 'incinerated', so that part is under control for the time being.

But that 6 weeks of winter certainly has a nice sound! :clapping::clapping::clapping:
