I know this this is getting off topic, however I just happened to be at bicycle shop
yesterday and found one of the digital bike speedo's and it was wireless which could be a useful alternative.

How do you mean wireless? Has it got a sending unit? Is it SatNav? How does it work?

All of the modern electronic speedos are very acurate.
What i can see here:

is uses vr sensor. Maybe it must be glue'd or some holes must be drilled? :confused2:

I've just bought very nice KOSO speedo:

It using hall sensor. It comes with 6 very strongs magnets and you're must put those magnet into rotor bolt. No glueing, no drilling and imo absolutly
outstanding speedo well, it could be a little larger :biglaugh:

Looks good, and I'll keep my ride in english thanks lol.. Does it come in black at all? Also how the hell does it read speeds has it got sensors that clip on the wheel or something? Is it accurate?

I've had a few friends radar me, it's spot on. I used the magnet that came with it and just used windshield epoxy to affix it to my brake rotor.

These are black and a wireless set up.

Very cool. I like the heart rate monitor too - would be nice to see how it climbs every time you hit the Vboost :biglaugh::biglaugh:

I'm also interested in getting an extra one for my rear wheel (and one more adapter from Jedi), so if anyone else wants to split a set let me know.

Only thing is, I'm gonna be parking the bike next month as I'll be going abroad again for a while, so it's either very soon or some time next year.

Hey G, if we can get the caliper adaptors from Jedi, then I would be interested in splitting a set of rotors with you.

Fine by me, but as I've said before, if you wanna do this it needs to happen real quick as I'm leaving the country on November 21st and dunno yet if it's gonna be for 2 or 4 months..

Did you try PMing Steve (jedi) about the adapters? I just need one more in raw metal (I'll paint it myself), and if you want to go ahead and get both the adapters and rotors shipped to you, then ship the extra rotor and adapter to me and I'll pay for the rotor, adapter and shipping from you to me. :punk:

NG, I sent Jedi a PM. If he can make them then I will want to do this. Yes I will have everything shipped here and then when you get back I can ride them over to you.
