Exhaust expander tool

Hey guys...does anyone have an exhaust expander or similr tapered cone thing? Bought a set of used pipes and the clamps kinda crushed/mis-shaped the pipes. Gonna be a PITA to put back together without it.

Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated

rent the tool for free from advance auto, auto zone, etc...
