Found this info on another board, and thought it was interesting. Very detailed data from a regular guy taking his '08 Hayabusa to the strip. He's got lots of mods, but hasn't gotten into the engine yet. Bike is still making only a little over 180 hp at the wheel. Shown below is his most recent best times in the quarter, and also a link to a spreadsheet in which it appears he's recorded each and every run he's made with his bike.
No idea how much gub-gub the guy s packing either.

I thought it interesting that with little experience and stock bike, he started out in the 10.5-second range, then with a few mods, including a sprocket change, he's down hitting 9.3s.
I love the way this guy takes records. Do most of you guys do the same? Some of you that will be taking your new VMax to the strip, might be something to think about doing.
