Front Brakes

Noticed a "how to" on this forum to change rear brake pads.
Is the procedure the same for the front brakes?

Yes, pretty much the same procedure.

hey flip, do u have a haynes manual? very straightforward there. its pretty easy though

1. take cover off caliper
2. remove safety clips from pins.
3. remove one pin
4. remove metal covering that goes under the pins
5. remove other pin
6. pads fall out

if you have to push the pistons back in they should be cleaned first then pushed in.
