Check out the thread satarie has provided. If you pull that pump out and disassemble it, pay close attention to the tiny rubber check valve parts on both intake and output side of the pump. They are notorious for becoming unseated and one or more may need to be pushed back into possition in order for your pump to build the right pressure.
An hour or so tear down time and repair can last months and much longer - lots easier on the old wallet than replacing the whole pump.
