Good Mechanic Needed

My most immediate need is carb tuning, but I'm slowly building up my Max. I don't mind tackling stuff, but I also know my limitations. I love my bike too much to risk screwing it up. Thanks in advance for any advice given. One other person has also recommended Joe up in Daytona. Thanks Lank........

Yeah Joe and his wife are good people.
I went to his annual VMAX cookout during bike week. I have also talked to him and seen his work at his shop. He is good at what he does if you can understand his hard German accent.
Most of all he is honest and you can trust him with your luved Vmax.

Steve Jaffe and I are supposed to take a ride up there, if I can ever get my life unscrewed and stop canceling and postponing on him.
