Group Ride info. needed

I'm organizing my annual Western Canada Meet & Greet on June 9th. As it stands we have 22 confirmed V-Maxes, does anyone know if there is a limit of bikes before a permit is required if at all?

i dont see why youd need one ro. everyone is plated and allowed to be on the road with their valid licences and plated bikes. this would be the first time id have heard about it... but good question nonetheless.
