Plugs change and front brakes

Hi guys
Have 2019 gen 2 max the front breaks at 50 mph making hissing sound when pressed does anyone changed front pads ?pl enlighten me.

Do I need air compressor to lift the plug connector and how can I reach all four plugs I am at 12000 miles
Pl help any video will be appreciated
Live in Sacramento California and the rain did not stop yet will be a record

Normal noise. Mine does it. I am at 28000 and still plenty of pad life remaining. Spark plugs shouldnt be bad at 12000 either. I am still on my originals.

Do you plan on changing the plugs yourself? Because when you're done you'll likely wonder why you did on a perfectly running vmax.
