Not sure who is and is not aware that the local UPS store usually has colored 11 x 17 printing available for printing drawings in pdf format. My local store charges $0.59 per copy and the results are excellent and it normally only takes a few minutes to print them on the spot. Save the pdf files to be printed to a USB drive and you're all set.
