Doin a little down time today... giving my poor old body a chance to rest.:th_12:

We plan to add this feature to the EFI setup, so here's a little light reading on the subject. Hope:worthy: Joe Haile doesn't mind.

Give it a go man, works really well, and even cheaper than NO2!

Years ago I ran a mate's old nasty Zed13 for him at the track (coz he'd broken his leg at work......oh well!), and averaged 9.35 @ 142 over a meet, using K&N oval pods on Methanol.

When he wasn't looking (while it was stored at my place between meets.....), I made up a rectangular-ish fibreglass box, about 20L capacity, and then sealed around the pods, then ran 2 x 3" pcv tubing to out in front, to meet up with 2 pcv 4" flared inlets (easy, take 3" pcv, put in oven at 100degC for 5mins, take out and push down over wife's lovely crystal vase.......). I painted it flat black, but it was still REALLU ugly! :biglaugh:

Next meet, similar air quality, averaged out at 9.17 @ 146.
That's a lot of free horsepower.

PS....don't forget to reference the float bowls to the airbox.
