Single-sided swingarm, I didnt research very well

Ive got 2 swingarm setups off 08 goldwings. The only problem is that they are right side drive. That means the diff will be running backwards and upside down on a v-max. Is there any possible way I can make this work? The diff drain would be on top and the vent will be on the bottom which might not be too hard to figure out. But are they made to go 100+ mph in reverse? Doesnt sound too safe to me.
