starter trouble

My starter sounds like box of rocks when starting cold I know I seen a tread on this some where but im working off cell phone it wont let me search forum I think some one said it was starter clutch? Not sure what does it take to fix any info would help thanks

I am no pro but I am thinking starter clutch, perhaps Sean or some of the other mech's will chime in soon

Try opening the "Search" tab but instead scroll down to "Advanced Search" and see if your phone lets you search that way. I had a similar glitch.

Thanks that's the one. I'll try it as soon as I get a day off may be a week or so. Mean while will it hurt to keep riding?
