step by step for progressive springs?

anyone ever come across a step-by-step installation guide for progressive springs? would love to see it mapped out in better detail than the factory manual.

I would love to get this as well, I am currently stuck in the middle of a progressive spring installation (very stuck).

On page 9 of the service manual (37 in the PDF) it states....

The following is listed:
4. Remove:
Bolt (damper rod)
Copper washer
NOTE:
Loosen the bolt (damper rod) while holding
the damper rodwith theT-handle and holder.
Holder (29 mm):
90890-01326
YM-33962
90890-01375
5.Remove:
Inner fork tube

How do you "lossen the bolt" I looked into the bottom of the fork and looks like there is a square drive recepticle? The manual states you need a T-handle, does everyone use one?

If you use an impact gun and a socket allen you do not need to hold the inside at all.I didn't.worked great.
