With the USD fork set-up, it could have come from anywhere. If we knew which model the fork were from, it may narrow the search.

Thats an inverted front end and looks like a modified R1 front fender.

Well if it is a modified R1 fender it a pretty good job, I look on the web for streetfighter custom fender for usd set up but never seen this one before, like you said Sean maybe custom made. But he's got all those different body parts on there also.

I matched up the front forks, brake calipers and wheel to a '96-99 Gsxr750 via a Google image search.
