Hi guys, i have everything i need to change my seals and springs, just haven't had any time, i wanna tackle these this weekend and need to know what size pvc to drive the bushings and seals back in does sean use in his youtube video to reassemble the forks. I have 2" and 1-1/2 just want everything ready to go when i start on these. I thought he told be 2" when i talked to him but forgot.

I just took one of the inner fork tubes down to Lowes and found a piece of ABS that slid over it. A nice slip fit and not a thick wall tube either, otherwise it might not fit into the outer fork tube.

1 1/2 is out of the picture doesn't slide over the fork tube. 2" schedule 40 looks kinda big when to put the seal up to it.

If memory serves (which it usually doesn't) I used a 1 1/2" coupling and ground it down to thin wall to fit inside the lower. The coupling is a larger ID than the pipe.

Or you can use 1-1/2" SCH-40 PVC cut lengthwise and opened up until it fits.
