How do i check the ignition coil resistance?

how do i check the primary and secondary ignition coil resistance?

have reading from red and orange wire into coil, but is this primary winding? if so, my measurements are same on all coils but don't match any specs in the manual...

Unplug connector and read Ohms across. It should be 3-3.5 Ohms. Check secondary coils too by reading from boot to ground.
