I machined a set 4-8" inches over for my ZX14. I should have just bought a set ( actually I did and took the dimensions off them and sold them ). I guess sometimes just having made something yourself is fun, but definitely not worth it if you are counting money invested....

Todd

Should have made 3 sets and sold two for $80 each. not great money but would sell fast and give you a little.

I know its not near enough but you better have enough money to be able to bust 215 hp at the rear wheel or you and that squash beetle looking bike of yours wont have a chance. :biglaugh:

Not sure about his time but it also depends on what machine and what materials it's designed for. One of the 9 axis machines that the previous day job had (one of the very few in the world) was in the many thousands of dollars an hour. A high speed machine might be a few hundred dollars an hour but could buzz them parts out VERY quickly making the cost more effective. Add in multi head machines (they also have numerous 4 spindle 5 axis machines) and they get a lot more effecient since you can run them with one operator.

Itodd that belly your sporting now tells me that's not going to happen last time we raced at milan we were only 5 tenth apart and now you got that belly.

Enjoy it till January 2nd I know I will And have January 2nd is when the big diet starts

I'm waiting till January 2nd because that's how I chose to go on a diet.

I talk to the dealer And I can get a brand new zx14 four 14500 out the door I might have to think about that in the spring

ok... "Todd"

A new ZX14, pipe, extended swing arm, power commander, quickshifter, and tire and you would be giving Todd a run for his money! (of course you would be spending a LOT of your money!

I'd pay money to see that! (like entry to Lapeer dragway)

Indeed. I have the 1500 longrod chaindrive engine that I'd sell for $10k with fuel injection and even maybe toss in the nitrous system. Went 8.30's at 160 so I'd say it would make it a real challenge for him for sure.

Todd you need to tell your hinchman to step off. I thought this was between me and you yo. :biglaugh:
