Ignition Coil Secondary Windings

Hello All
I was testing out the resistance of my coils today and the only place I could get an accurate reading was at the very very tip of the coil, it wouldnt read any where else.
Just wondering if this is normal.

That makes sense, yes. I usually don't bother. I test from inside of plug the wire boot to ground. This makes sure you have continuity from the secondary coils, to the plug wire, to the boot.
