If you want to go really cheap (like me) here's what I did.
Obtained some of that thin aluminum sheet that comes in rolls, they use it for pipe and vessel insulation work, for the exterior layer.
I cut it in an old school table cutter thingie, the kind with a hinged chop blade knife, cut it to size and cemented them in place. Nice brushed finish and can't tell them from stock.

Replace it with stick on reflector from Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, Northern Tool or auto parts store.

Remove the reflector too. Fill both holes and paint the whole piece.
