MI - Paw Paw July 20,21,22 (VMOA event)

VMOA Event ? Paw Paw, MI July 20-22, 2007

Brian Nash came up with a new route for this year?s event, which should be even better than last year. This year?s ride is totally different from last year?s by going around a lot of different inland lakes by vineyards. We will also go along the Lake Michigan coastline including going through a couple of lakeside parks. We are planning a stop along the ride at one of the parks. Total mileage for this new route is 129 miles. The ride has been timed with the Paw Paw Days festival which is the weekend of July 20th, 21st, and 22nd. The Paw Paw festival has sidewalk sales, arts and crafts, wine tasting, with a car and bike show on Saturday.

The hotels are the same as last year. Super8, Econolodge, Comfort Inns and Suites.

SCHEDULE:
Friday night: Meet at hotel for dinner ride @6:30pm
Saturday morning: Breakfast ride starts @ 8:00am, following breakfast, take your bike to the car show before the big ride!
Saturday: Main ride leaves hotel @ Noon--dinner following ride
Sunday Morning: Breakfast ride starts @ 8/9am

I thought I read on the vmoa site that they were having this years ride starting in benton harbor this year? Is it still going to start in Paw Paw? Went last year good time . count me in as soon as I figuar for sure were it starts
