My New Home Defense Weapon Is Done

Had a good day on the range.:rofl_200:My Ruger LCP Laser Battery went dead while i was re-sighting it in. My 10.5- 5.5 45 ACP Upper had a tremendous gas leak around the gas block and wouldn't cycle. The bolt in the subject of this thread needs slight modification. It's catching on the round in the magazine, slowing the bolt and at times cocking the round up so it won't feed. I did get videos of 4 and 5 rounds working.

The picture shows the hits at 10 yards. Remember this is set up for home defense. The laser is offset from the barrel. At 7 yards, hits would have been dead center. That's where the laser is zeroed.

To beat all,,, my best video camera powered up but then I couldn't do anything, not even turn it off. It stayed on till the battery went dead. So I used my Kodak 915 for the target pictures and shooting video...:bang head: I had a 22 upper with me that I could have shot but had taken it along to sell...:confused2:Best part of the whole day was beating the times the GPS initially told me I'd arrive at both ends...:clapping:

Note: I left part of the lead in for one video so you all could hear the comments Ron and Scott made about the load they were shooting in Ron's Design 50 A&E...

Got the camera fixed. Had to reformat the High Speed SD Card in my computer though.
That makes No Sense, cause I've used it for months. BTW: The WalMart Service plan I bought
TOTALLY SUCKS. The employees and the phone contacts have their heads up their ASSES.

Working on the Pistol Bolt and Battery in the LCP Laser tonight. Both should be GTG after.
