Pirelli Angel ST 17" tires

I have CycleOneOff rims from fzr1000 17" rims. I had shinko on them installed but now looking for some better tires as my life depends on them. Did anyone had them on vmax? what are your opinions?
looking at 180/55 and 120/70

Haven't used them personally but have heard very good things about them....Avon Storms are also VG.
