Popups are driving me nuts !

No sure but I never used to get popups - but the last few days there driving me fuckin batty ! Anyone else notice this while on the forum ?????:damn angry: :damn angry:

I dont get any while using this forum. Do you have the newest version of internet explorer? sounds to me like you have spyware on your computer.

Id suggest going here http://www.safer-networking.org/ and download this program. Run it and get rid of the spyware you have.

Also, running mozilla instead of internet explorer helps weed out a lot of problems. The hackers get past internet explorer pretty easy.

Never used to then BANG - I was getting bombarded like flies on shit....
Clintard I'm running the FireFox and will do the scan later, it was almost done and I stop it somehow....dam it takes a long time. Thanks we'll see how this goes. :cheers:

If you're running Firefox, then it will block pop ups for you. Look under Tools - Options - Content. If that is checked to block pop ups, then you have some type of spyware and/or Trojan that is causing the popups. Another good program is Hijack This, which lists all the programs, services and processes running on your PC and the ability to shut them down.
