I have built a few of these license plate brackets and posted on Ebay this week for $20. There is no provision for mounting turn signals on the bracket.
I have the stealth license plate frame with integrated turn signals ordered from lockhart phillips. These can be purchased for about $30.00. Another $12will get you a flasher relay for the LED signals.
I have noticed that I get some road splatter on top of the rear fender when riding on wet roads with these. So another project will be to make a quick connect system so I can reinstall the factory rear section quickly during rainy periods.
I really like the looks of the scoops wiithout the big stock turn signals in the way so have removed them and will be mounting some mini LEDs up high somewhere.
I also found what appear to be pretty nice bar end mirrors on ebay and will be working on a direct bolt on mount for them when they come in.
