We have been taking about this fellow on this linkhttp://www.vmaxforum.net/showthread.php?t=21664 for sometime. The bike started on Craigslist, then he deletes it form there and post it up on ebay.

I know I have been following the thread. However how can you auction off the bike twice? :confused2: I am pretty sure that is against Ebay policies

It is more than easy enough to report abuse to Ebay. Just look to the right side and report it as duped auction. I just did on both.

That would not even make a decent parts bike....ticks me off when i see a max in that kind of shape....sat out in the weather many years......two auctions....look at his e-bay rating...lol..

sorry it was taken down by Ebay. I do not think it was missed posted either they had more than 24 hour between each of the auctions. And now if you look at the link you get the ebay message - This listing (250987971959) has been removed, or this item is not available.
If you delete or end your auction the message from ebay reads to the effect of getting deleted or ending early.
