stock exhaust

I'm assuming that any year exhaust will fit my '93 max. But, the yamaha dealer say's '85-'98. I don't know if the new part # is just color or a major change. Thanx for your help.:rocket bike:

Any year will work! Some were black which I actually prefer but they are harder to come by.

I have a full chrome set down stairs but I am hesitant at getting rid of them with the new sound ordinances they are enacting.

Have a set of black "cans" sitting here goin to waste. If someone wanted to eat the shipping and a nominal fee I would gladly sell.
