Took my front tire/wheel to the shop for a new one, of course they did not have the size and had to order it so I have it hanging in the middle of my garage. I’m jonesen for a ride! I’m Addicted to riding my Vmax. 2CBECD5E-554B-476E-A685-B084316CB518.jpeg0A042E6C-D5AE-430A-8D8F-D78CABE0C479.jpeg

Kyle's 3-panel tutorial about a visual 'heart of the beast' overhaul of the countenance. This triptych should be a sticky, proving 'a picture (or three) is worth a thousand (or three thousand!) words.

We picked up what we thought was a zx6r for beth and when I finally got around to working on it found out it's a ZX9R!! Bonus!! But it's bare right now and was a repo. I got it together and running enough to put it on the dyno this weekend.

Sean
I just got this last weekend

I pulled her out of the garage and noticed something sticking out of the side right where the drive shaft goes into the transmission. I realized it is the spring “clamp” that goes around the dust cover boot. Anyone have any ideas to get it back on? There is absolutely no room to get a hand in there to push it down and wrap it around so it can hook the two ends together.F60C6F27-A903-4F8C-BB03-8169B797B754.jpeg7CF0ECD8-9799-4769-A090-9AC60211D99F.jpeg

join it together on the thin part of shaft and ease it along and up and over the boot with a long blade screwdriver
