Hi all:

Here's my situation:

1) Brand-frickin'-new Odyssey PC680
2) Brand-new Odyssey charger
3) Brand-new R/R from Python (updated for 1996-2007 Maxes).

After fully charging on charger, bike starts up just fine. Rode the bike or a while, then shut it down.

At that point, I check battery voltage: 13.14 volts.

Two hours later, check it again: 13.01 volts

Is such a drain a concern? Granted, it IS hotter than the devil's armpit in AZ today (currently 96 degrees).

Thanks for listening!

I dont have the Odyssey PC680 so i dont really know how many volts is normal for them to hold, maybe someone will telll us.

:punk: Don't sweat it yet Elimax, it will soon get hot for real and stay that way until November. Gotta love Az in the summer, it really tests your cooling system. Good luck, Spur

agreed. You probably have a surface charge and any excess should bleed off. If it gets below 12.45 then you need to start being concerned.

Okay folks...it's all good. She's working fine now! Yee-haw.

Now I actually need to ride the mo-fo.

Thanks all!
