Footrest damper issues

The bracket where the footrest attaches to has a rubber damper, and I'm wondering, will the damper be able to resist the temperature (~200) of the oven in the powder coating process??

are you talking on the passenger brackets?

Yea, the rubber insert for the muffler mounting will survive just fine (and even survive chroming).

Nope, those are removable not like rear wheel ones LOL

the rear wheel ones can be removed, right? i'm not saying i'd do it, but they are separate parts via a micro fiche.

I'd say you can give a try, gonna need some tricky tools.

I was unable to remove them.

what if you could connect a blind bearing puller to a 20 or 50 ton press?
