My cell is 319-461-8969 I live in Washington, IA, but I can meet you anywhere around I-80 to get your bike unloaded. We can meet the others up at J&P or try to chatch them in the morning. I'm going to go out and have a few beers but I'll be back on the forum later tonight.

I will be at the Iowa 80 Truck stop @ 9:00AM. It will be my boy and I on this one.

Does anyone else want to meet at the old "Cove"? Let us know so we don't miss you. The event runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Well, I'm back from my beer drinking event for the evening.... now it's time for bed! I'm not sure what my plans are as of right now, so I'm just going to play it by ear. I'm going to get up when I get up... no alarms, but if anyone calls me in the morning, that is fine. If I get up in time to meet everyone at the Cove/Tipton exit off of I-80 I will do that otherwise, I'll plan on calling you guys later and meet up with you at J&P's.

I'll try to give a few of you a ring in the morning to see what the plan is.

I forgot this is the weekend :bang head:. My girlfriend has to work and I promised my mom I would wire some lights for her in her house. I have never gone and I thought this was going to be the year. And I say again :bang head:.

Holy wind batman!

Ok so my bike ran like poop most of the way pulsing like a beeotch...:damn angry::bang head:

I finally got some Chevron Techron from the dreaded walmart and after about 15 miles it really started to clear it up!

What's weird is I grabbed the enrichment lever and went to full enrichment and back and it cleared up... I still have a BAD stumble/flat spot at 7000rpm's. :damn angry:

Was that wind nuts or what?:ummm: I understand Jeff had some fun bucking it on the way West???


Thanks all for a good ride. I wish the J&P event was a bit better... No biggie!

Sorry I didnt go...didn't get home till about 2 am on fri and there was no damn way I was gonna be up for the drive let alone the ride.

Next time will plan in advance a bit more.
