New tires?

Hey guys 2 questions.
#1 What are the best sticky tires i can buy ... I brake my Metzler 888 loose in first 3 gears all the time :/..
# 2 when the rims are off what could I replace ... like bearings and what not as prevention .... bike is 2014 and I'm sure everything is origanal .

Shinko verge 011, in stock sizes. Many people will say best all around tire available for the Gen 2....including price. Instead of breaking loose, I tend to wheelie with mine.

I notice that with the M888's anything above 38psi will cause me to lose grip in 2nd and 3rd.
