Okay guys, here's my next problem. I've noticed that on my water pump housing, there's a small hole, towards the bottom. And there seems to be some coolant seeping out, not all the time, just on a rare occasion.
Am I safe to assume that this is like a "weep hole" on an automotive water pump? Meaning that I will soon have to replace the pump?

Thanks in advance!

Here's a crappy cell phone pic of what I'm talkin about:

Correct. You should be able to reuse the water pump gear and impellar. Might as well replace the bearing, coolant elbow o-rings, gasket too.

If you look at the attachment you want parts #6, #7, #8, #9, #18, #23 (2).

Yep. You got it in one. Pump impeller seals are are worn (but not yet fatal). Easy job. Need seals, bearing and cover gasket (and probably coolant). So long as impeller has not scuffed the housing surfaces it should be fine.

Okay, that's what I thought. Anyone have step-by-step instructions, with pic's?

Shouldn't be too hard to do.

It's pretty straight forward. Good instructions and pictures if you get the Clymer manual.
