I know it sounds silly but here is what I noticed.
When the right rear is not plug, the bike won't start or keep running.

When the other caps are off even all of the them except the right rear one, it looks like no effect. the bike starts and run.

I have sparks on the four of them.

Just wanted to check if there's something special about the right rear plug.
Everything really looks so weird :(
 
Wow, that's truly magical. It shouldn't run with only one plug wire connected. I don't have a good answer, it's just not normal.

Id say you have intake leaks or your v-boost valves had a leak.
 
We changed the manifold boots which were dying.
I'm having a high RPM idle and based on the feedback it be caused by an air leak.
So it could be linked together.
