stock air box vs no box

I have supertrapp open end caps stage 1 jet kit was wanting to know if installing the 4 kn filters and getting rid of the box would help out or not

Not sure but main problem with using stage 7 filters in your case is the restrictive headers. If you do decide to try the filter pods you'll probably need the DJ air correctors that woudl normally come with the kit.
